Pepperoni Calzone 1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 2 tablespoons cornmeal 1 (3.5-ounce) package HORMEL® sliced pepperoni 1 cup pizza sauce 1/2 teaspoon crushed fennel seeds 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 425°F. Divide dough in half. Roll each piece into 8-inch circle. Sprinkle cornmeal over large baking sheet. In bowl, combine pepperoni, pizza sauce, fennel, and crushed red pepper. Cover half of each circle with mozzarella cheese, leaving a 1/2-inch border around edge. Top with pepperoni mixture. Fold dough over filling. Press edges with fork to seal. Place on baking sheet. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until puffed and deep golden brown. Serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.
