1 (12-inch) pizza crust
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 cup (8 oz.) pizza sauce
1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (8 oz.) Dole Pineapple Tidbits, drained (1 cup)
1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
2 tablespoons red or green bell pepper slices
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Brush crust with oil. Spoon sauce over crust. Sprinkle with
cheese. Top with pineapple, pepperoni, bell pepper and green
Bake at 425 F, 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
