Baked Enchilada Chicken

Prep: 5 min - Cook: 1 hr

3 1/2 lb. chicken parts *
1 cup Pace® Enchilada Sauce


PLACE chicken in roasting pan.

BAKE at 400°F. for 30 min.

POUR enchilada sauce over chicken. Bake 30 min., basting
with sauce.

STIR sauce and serve over chicken.

Makes 6 servings

*If desired, remove skin before baking.
