Chicken Mandarin
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1/2-inch strips
1/2 cup McCormick Flavor Medleys Lemon Pepper Saucy Seasoning Blend
1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges, undrained
Cooked rice
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Toss chicken
with flour. Saute chicken strips in single layer 3 minutes per
side or until done.
Stir in Seasoning Blend and oranges. Heat 2 minutes or until
sauce thickens. Serve over rice.
Makes 4 servings
