Chicken Parmigiana Enjoy a popular Italian dish at home using this delicious recipe. Prep: 5 min Cook: 25 min 1/3 cup bread crumbs 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Italian Seasoning 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 egg beaten 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese 1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Dip each chicken breast in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumb mixture to evenly coat. 2. Place chicken on a baking sheet or jelly-roll pan. Bake in 375°F oven 10 minutes. Turn chicken over; bake 10-12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. 3. Spoon tomato sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
