Country-Style Turkey

1 pound boneless skinless turkey or chicken, cut into strips
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
2 cups milk
1 package (10 ounces) Birds Eye Mixed Vegetables
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 cups Original Minute Rice

Cook and stir turkey and onion in hot margarine in large
skillet until lightly browned. Add milk, vegetables, salt
and poultry seasoning. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice.
Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with
fork.

Makes 4 servings
