Crispy Chicken Parmesan

2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut-up, skinned (2 1/2 - 3 pounds each)
1 1/4 cups Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
2 cups corn flake crumbs
1 cup (4 ounces) Kraft 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Heat oven to 350 F

Brush chicken with salad dressing.

Mix crumbs, cheese and pepper. Coat chicken. Place on rack
of broiler pan.

Bake 1 hour or until tender.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
