Florentine Chicken

1 box (9 ounces) Birds Eye frozen Creamed Spinach
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or to taste
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 cups of chicken, cubed

Peel back plastic film on spinach package slightly to vent.
Heat 4 minutes on HIGH setting in microwave.
Remove plastic film completely.
Stir in 1/2 of the cheese and hot sauce.
Heat 2 minutes on high.
Top with chunks of chicken.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and cook 30 seconds or
until cheese is melted.
