Herb-Marinated Chicken Breasts
3/4 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
2 teaspoons dried basil leaves, crushed
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 3/4 pounds)
Mix dressing, wine, garlic, onion and seasonings until well
blended. Pour dressing mixture over chicken. Cover. Marinate
in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Drain. Place
chicken on greased rack of broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 minutes
on each side or until tender.
