Lemon Broccoli Chicken 1 lemon 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 4 boneless chicken breast halves 1 can Campbell's Cream of Broccoli or 98% Fat Free Cream of Broccoli Soup 1/4 cup milk 1/8 teaspoon pepper Cut 4 thin slices of lemon. Squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from remaining lemon. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until brown. Add soup, milk, lemon juice and pepper. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done.
