Oriental Chicken

1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon McCormick Cilantro Leaves
1 clove garlic, minced, or 1/4 teaspoon McCormick
Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ground Ginger
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts,
cut into 3/4 -inch strips


Place soy sauce, orange juice, honey, vegetable oil, cilantro,
garlic, sesame oil, and ginger in 1-cup glass measure and beat
with fork until well combined. Pour into self-closing plastic
bag or shallow glass or stainless steel dish.

Add chicken strips and toss or stir to coat.

Cover if using dish and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or
up to 2 hours.

Preheat broiler or grill.

Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade.

Weave chicken strips onto metal skewers and broil or grill
8 minutes or until chicken is cooked, turning halfway through
cooking.

Makes 4 servings, 3 ounces each
