10 Minute Santa Fe Rice
Prep: 5 min - Total: 10 min
2 cups water
2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed, drained
1 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan.
Stir in rice, beans and salsa; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
Makes 4 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute canned red beans for black beans.
