Rice and Cranberry Pilaf
Prep: 5 mins - Total: 15 mins
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1-1/4 cup orange juice
3 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
1 can (16 oz.) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup sliced PLANTERS Almonds, toasted (optional)
Bring broth and juice to boil. Stir in rice and whole berry
cranberry sauce; return to boil.
Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.
Makes 8 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute 1 cup fresh cranberries for whole
berry cranberry sauce.
