    BLT Salad BLT Salad

    Serve this flavorful, colorful and delicious salad for lunch.

    Prep: 20 min

    Dressing Ingredients:

    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon purchased minced garlic
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Salad Ingredients:

    1 (10-ounce) package lettuce
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1 medium avocado, peeled, cut into wedges
    1/4 pound (1 cup) slice LAND O LAKES® Deli Mozzarella Cheese, cut into julienne strips
    8 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

    Combine all salad dressing ingredients in small bowl.

    Place lettuce on platter or in individual salad bowls. Arange tomatoes and avocado on lettuce; top with cheese and bacon. Pour dressing over salad.

    Makes 6 servings
