Citrus Poppy Seed Dressing
A refreshing citrus mayonnaise-based dressing thatís perfect
over any type of fresh fruit.
Prep: 10 min - Chill: 1 hr
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons half & half
1 teaspoon poppy seed
1 teaspoon grated lime or orange peel
Whisk together all dressing ingredients in small bowl. Cover;
refrigerate 1 hour.
TIP: Serve over assorted fresh fruit, as desired.
Makes 2/3 cup dressing
