Classic Caesar Salad
1/4 cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped anchovy fillets
8 cups torn romaine lettuce
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup (2 ounces) Di Giorno Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Mix oil, garlic, juice, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and anchovies.
Toss lettuce with oil mixture until coated.
Add croutons and cheese; toss lightly.
Makes 6 servings
