Crab Salad

Dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon McCormick Bon Appétit
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ground Mustard
1/4 teaspoon McCormick Ground White Pepper
1/8 teaspoon McCormick Ground Red Pepper
1/8 teaspoon McCormick Ground Ginger

1 pound backfin blue crab meat, picked over
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped stuffed green olives
Paprika to garnish


Place dressing ingredients in small bowl and mix well.

Place crab meat in serving dish and add celery and chopped olives. Mix gently.

Add dressing to crab meat mixture and mix gently but thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate to chill.

Garnish with paprika when ready to serve.

Makes 8 servings, 1/2 cup each
