Creamy Parmesan Salad Dressing
Drizzle dressing over a tossed salad with cooked ham cubes,
cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers and radishes and baby carrots.
Add crushed red pepper to taste, if desired.

1 can (5 fl. oz.) CARNATION Evaporated Milk
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, cut up
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
PLACE evaporated milk, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and
seasonings in blender container; cover. Blend until smooth.
Pour into small container.
Cover; refrigerate for 2 to 3 days.
Makes 1 cup
