Four Star Ham Salad

8 oz baked ham, cut into match-sticks
4 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into match-sticks
2 cups rigatoni or ziti pasta, cooked, drained and kept warm
3 scallions, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoon fruit chutney
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon McCormick Brandy Extract
Lettuce leaves
1 orange, peeled and sectioned for garnish


Combine all ingredients except lettuce and orange. Toss well.

Line plates with lettuce leaves. Add salad and garnish with
orange sections.

Makes 4 servings
