Fresh and Creamy Potato Salad

4 cups cubed cooked potato
1/2 cup celery slices
14 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons green onion, diced
1 teaspoon salt
1 8-ounce package Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk

Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onions and salt.
Mix lightly. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk,
mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture. Mix
lightly. Chill.

Makes 6 to 8 servings
