Garden Tuna Pasta Salad

Garden Tuna Pasta Salad is a refreshing summer meal or side dish.

1 package McCormick® Pasta Salad Vinaigrette Dressing Blend
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
8 ounces shell or rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 can (6 ounces) white tuna, drained
1 large tomato, chopped
1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
shredded Parmesan cheese,(optional)

1. In a large bowl, combine first 3 ingredients and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients. Toss to combine.

2. Serve immediately or chill if desired. Garnish with shredded
Parmesan cheese.

Makes 8 (1 cup) servings
