    Mexican Chicken Salad

    Tomatoes and peppers are a great source of vitamin C as well as taste and color enhancers in this lowfat salad.

    Prep: 30 min

    1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
    1/4 cup TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Picante Sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3 cups chopped cooked chicken
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup green pepper strips

    MIX mayo, picante sauce, garlic and chili powder in large bowl.

    ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Serve with warm flour tortillas, if desired.

    Makes 6 servings

    Take a Shortcut: : Substitute 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) LOUIS RICH Oven Roasted Chicken Breast Cuts for fresh chicken.
