Orange-Poppy Seed Salad

PREP: 20 min

1 bunch romaine, torn into bite-size pieces
2 medium oranges, peeled, sectioned and cut in half
2 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced and cut in half
1/2 medium red onion, sliced
Poppy Seed Dressing (below)

Toss all ingredients. Serve immediately.

Makes 8 servings

Poppy Seed Dressing
1/2 cup regular or reduced-fat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seed

Beat all ingredients with wire whisk.

1 Serving: 180 calories (110 calories from fat); 12 g fat
(2 g saturated); 10 mg cholesterol; 85 mg sodium;
18 g carbohydrate (2 g dietary fiber); 2 g protein.
