    Peppery Pasta Salad Peppery Pasta Salad

    Prep: 30 min - Chill: 2 hrs

    4 ounces (2 cups) uncooked dried rotini (corkscrew or pasta twists)
    8 ounces cooked turkey or ham, cubed 1/2-inch
    6 ounces LAND O LAKES® Jalapeņo Cheese Food, cubed 1/2-inch
    12 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 medium red pepper, cut into strips
    2/3 cup creamy Italian dressing


    Cook rotini according to package directions. Rinse with cold water; drain.

    Combine rotini and all remaining ingredients except Italian dressing in large bowl. Add dressing; toss until well coated. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Makes 6 servings
