    Poppy Seed Fruit Salad

    Poppy seeds and a hint of ginger accent this refreshing fruit salad.

    Prep: 10 min - Chill: at least 1 hour

    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    2 tablespoons honey
    1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Poppy Seed
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
    1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
    4 cups assorted fresh fruit, cut up

    1. Place first 6 ingredients in 1-cup glass measure to make dressing, and beat with fork until well combined.

    2. Place fruit in large salad bowl, pour dressing over, and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Makes 4 (1 cup) servings
