Snappy Tuna Salad

1 can (6 1/8 ounces) chunk-style tuna, drained
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped celery
1 teaspoon McCormick Instant Minced Onion
3/4 teaspoon McCormick Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
Lettuce and tomato wedges to serve
Lemon slices to garnish

Place tuna, mayonnaise, celery, minced onion, and seasoning
in small bowl and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate at
least 30 minutes.

Serve on bed of lettuce surrounded by tomato wedges and
garnished with lemon slices.

Serve in pita pockets or on bread with lettuce and sliced tomatoes.

Makes 2 servings, 3/4 cup each
