1 cup McCormick Golden Dipt Cajun Style Marinade
1 1/2 pounds Catfish fillets
In shallow glass dish, pour marinade evenly over catfish, let
stand 20-30 minutes, turning fish several times.
Place catfish on an open grill over medium-hot to red-hot coals.
Grill fish 10-12 minutes per inch of thickness. (Since fillets
are delicate, you may want to use a seafood grill screen, or fish
basket, or wrap fish in aluminum foil with holes punched in it.)
Turn and baste halfway through grilling.
