Low Fat Flounder

1 1/2 lbs. flounder fillets
1/2 cup Golden Dipt® Fat Free Lemon Butter Dill Seafood Cooking Sauce
1 lemon, cut into wedges
Fresh dill (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish in a single layer
in a shallow baking dish.

2. Pour Cooking Sauce evenly over fish. Bake for 8-10 minutes
or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

3. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh dill, if desired.

Makes 4 servings
