Quick and Spicy Fish Fillets
Red pepper adds a little zing to this easy, baked fish dish.
Prep: 10 min - Total: 20 min
1/2 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup finely crushed POST TOASTIES Corn Flakes
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (optional)
6 fine-textured fish fillets (such as flounder, sole or cod)
1 egg, lightly beaten
MIX cheese, corn flake crumbs and pepper in shallow dish. Dip
fish in egg; coat with cheese mixture.
PLACE in greased shallow baking dish.
BAKE at 450°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily
Makes 6 servings
Great Substitute: Substitute boneless skinless chicken breast
halves for fish. Decrease oven temperature to 400°F. Bake 15
to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
