Snappy Cajun Fish Fingers No more ordinary fish sticks! Make Snappy Cajun Fish Fingers for dinner and hear your family cheer. Prep: 5 min - Cook: 9 min 1 cup McCormick® Golden Dipt® Cajun Style Mix (fry) 1 bottle (1 ounce) McCormick® Sesame Seed 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Red Pepper, optional 1 1/2 pounds fresh Catfish, Red Snapper or Orange Roughy fillets 1. Pour Cajun Fish Fry Mix and sesame seeds into a plastic bag. For extra spicy fingers, add red pepper, if desired. 2. Cut fish into 1 1/2 x 3-inch strips. Moisten fish strips with water; shake off excess. 3. Shake moistened fish in bag until evenly coated. Deep fry for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
