    California Baked Potatoes California Baked Potatoes

    Prep: 10 mins - Ready in: 30 mins

    3 cold baked Idaho potatoes, cut into spears
    1/2 cup KRAFT CATALINA FREE Fat Free Dressing
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes


    Toss potato spears with dressing.

    Place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.

    Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes or until crispy.

    Makes 4 servings

    This naturally fat free and cholesterol free side dish is a great alternative to the traditional baked potato. It is an excellent source of vitamin C.
