Classic Potatoes Au Gratin
Prep: 25 mins - Ready In: 47 mins
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes (about 4 to 5 medium)
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
COOK potatoes in boiling water 18 minutes or until barely tender;
drain.
TOSS potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2-quart casserole; cover.
BAKE at 350°F for 20 to 22 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Stir before serving.
VARIATION: Add 1 cup chopped ham with remaining ingredients.
Makes 6 servings
