Easy Hollandaise Sauce

1/2 pound Velveeta Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread, cubed
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 egg, beaten
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Combine Velveeta, milk and paprika in saucepan. Stir over
low heat until Velveeta is melted. Stir small amount of
hot mixture into egg. Return to hot mixture. Cook, stirring
constantly, over low heat until thickened. Stir in juice.
Serve over cooked vegetables or fish.

Makes 1 1/4 cups
