Hash Brown Casserole

3 cartons (4 ounces each) cholesterol-free egg product
1 1/2 cups (12 fluid-ounce can) NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
5 cups (26-ounce package) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 1/4 cups (1 medium) chopped onion
3/4 cup (1 small) chopped green bell pepper
1 cup diced ham (optional)


Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Combine egg product, evaporated milk, cheese, salt and black pepper
in large bowl.

Add potatoes, onion, bell pepper and ham; mix well. Pour mixture into
prepared baking dish.

Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.

Makes 12 servings
