Italian Meatballs

1 1/4 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup Romano cheese
3/4 cup bread crumbs
Parsley
1 clove crushed garlic
Salt & pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup water

In a large bowl mix ingredients well into the ground beef. Divide mixture and roll into meatballs (approximately 1 1/2 to 2 inches each).

In a non-stick skillet cook the meatballs in a little olive oil on medium heat. Turn meatballs until all sides are crusty. Remove and allow them to drain on a plate.

Once excess oil has drained place meatballs into a simmering pot of your favorite spaghetti sauce and allow them to simmer for at least an hour to ensure they get cooked thoroughly.
