Legendary Twice-Baked Potatoes

This winning Pace® baked-potato recipe makes a great entrče,
too. It's chock-full of flavor: smoked gouda, green onions
and bacon bits.

Prep/Cook Tim : 25 min

4 hot baked potatoes
1 cup shredded smoked Gouda cheese OR shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 jar (16 oz.) Pace® Fire-Roasted Tomato Chunky Salsa

CUT potatoes into lengthwise halves. Remove potato and place
in bowl. Add 3/4 cup cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, bacon
and onions. Mix well.

FILL potato halves with mixture and place on baking sheet.

BROIL until browned. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Broil
until cheese is bubbly. Top with salsa.
