Pan-Fried Greek Potatoes
Prep: 10 mins - Total: 35 mins
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped
2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Crumbled Feta Cheese w/Basil & Tomato
*Or substitute ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Peppercorn
Cook and stir bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium-high
heat until bacon is crisp. Remove bacon with slotted spoon to
paper towel.
Add potatoes to bacon drippings in pan. Cook on medium-low heat
15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add onions;
cook and stir 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Stir in cheese. Serve immediately.
