1 package (.87 ounce) McCormick® Turkey Gravy Mix
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup turkey pan drippings or turkey broth
1/2 cup cooked, chopped turkey giblets


1. Combine Turkey Gravy Mix and flour in a medium saucepan. Using a whisk, gradually stir in water, turkey drippings and turkey giblets.

2. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until thickened.
