    Swanson Glazed Vegetables

    A medley of colorful vegetables simmer in ginger-seasoned Swanson® Broth for a side dish that delivers color, flavor and variety to your meals.

    Prep/Cook Time: 25 min

    2 tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can (14 oz.) Swanson® Vegetable Broth
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder OR 2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small green or red pepper, cut into 2" strips
    1 large onion, cut into wedges
    1 cup fresh or frozen broccoli flowerets
    4 oz. snow peas


    MIX cornstarch and 1/4 cup broth.

    MIX remaining broth, ginger, garlic, carrots, celery, pepper, onion, broccoli and snow peas in skillet. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 min. or until vegetables are tender-crisp.

    ADD cornstarch mixture. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.

    Makes 4 servings
