Peppy Chex® Party Mix

The classic party mix you love gets a spicy makeover in this
recipe with the added splash of red pepper sauce.

Prep: 15 min Bake: 1 hr Cool: 1 hr

6 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
2 to 3 teaspoons red pepper sauce
3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
3 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
1 cup mixed nuts
1 cup pretzels
1 cup garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips, or regular-size
bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces


1. Heat oven to 250F. Melt butter in large roasting pan in
oven. Stir in Worcestershre sauce, seasoned salt and pepper
sauce. Gradually stir in remaninig ingredients until evenly
coated.

2. Bake uncovered 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread
on paper towels; cool about 1 hour. Store in airtight container.

Makes 12 cups snack

Do-Ahead: Get a jump start on your party preparations. Make
this snack up to 2 weeks ahead and store it tightly covered in
the freezer or at room temperature.
