Bacon Wild Rice Soup
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
4 cups cooked wild rice
3 (10¾-ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cups water
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (2-ounce) jar HORMEL® real bacon pieces
1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Brown hamburger and onion; drain. In large cooking pot, combine
all ingredients. Cover and simmer 30 to 60 minutes.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
