Beef Vegetable Soup

1 pound stew beef, cut in bite-size pieces
2 tablespoons oil
2 pkgs. (10 ounces each) frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup beef broth
1 pkg. (1.5 oz) McCormick® Beef Stew Seasoning Mix
2 1/2 cups water
2 medium potatoes, cubed

1. Brown beef in oil. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours.

Makes 2 quarts
