Tortellini Soup Prep: 5 mins Total: 25 mins 2 cloves garlic , crushed 1 Tbsp. margarine or butter 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) chicken or beef broth 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fresh or frozen cheese tortellini 1 pkg. (15 oz.) fresh or frozen spinach, thawed 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained and coarsely chopped KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional Cook garlic in margarine or butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Add broth and tortellini; heat to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes more. Serve topped with cheese if desired.
