Veggie Soup

1 bag (16 oz.) Birds Eye frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 can (10 oz.) French onion soup
1 can (11 oz.) tomato rice soup
1 soup can of water
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated (optional)

In a large saucepan, cook vegetables according to package
directions; drain.

Add both cans of soup and water; heat through over medium-high
heat. Serve topped with cheese.
